An intimate, monthly space to honor your loss, move through grief, and soothe your nervous system in community. Whether you want to share your story or simply sit in comforting silence, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Because our monthly grief circles are intimate and closely held, I like to connect briefly with everyone before they book.
This is just a short, gentle conversation to make sure this circle is the right fit for your nervous system and where you are in your healing journey right now.
